Every Antica system is backed by Antica's integral support service, which includes not just all needed software upgrades, but also remote or on site technical help, on a 5x8 or 24x7 basis according to the chosen level of service. 

 Antica's support service package includes :

 

 Deployment and release

 It includes deployment and release of the network devices, to ensure systems start generating revenue as soon as possible.

 

 Base Warranty

 Every Antica device includes a 3 month warranty covering any hardware or software defects.

 

 Extended Warranty

Extends Antica's Basic Warranty for a period of 12 months, starting from the moment of deployment, on the same terms as Basic Warranty.

 

 Software updates

 It allows updates on the software periodically, as new features are released. This ensures the software is always up to date on the latest security patches, and network devices support our latest features.

 

 Helpdesk 5x8 or 7x24

 It gives the client the tools to ask for support during office hours (GMT-4) or 24x7 (depending on the chosen level of service), so Antica's NOC can diagnose, correct or escale any problems to our development team.

 Assistance is given remotely in order to respond quickly, and if any more on site troubleshooting is needed, an Antica engineer will attend the client's premises.
